The "Forgotten Fields" EP is made up of Vivien Lalu's early progressive metal compositions that were intended for the third Lalu album. However, he scrapped all his work and started afresh with a new direction ("Paint the Sky"). In other words, these three demos are among the last pieces of progressive metal ever written by Lalu.
